Title-24 Energy Analyst

ABOUT THIS JOB:
We are currently seeking a Title-24 Energy Analyst and Energy Modeler to join our team in Los Angeles, California.
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for designing, developing, and testing all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to independently complete Title-24 Reports and Energy Models
- Ability to work with Energy Pro
- Effectively complete energy models meeting client expectations and project schedules.
- Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD drafting and understanding of Architecture HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems
- Provide support during construction phases.
- Performs coordination with other disciplines on all projects.
- Evaluates Value Engineering (cost cutting) items with respect to our level of risk.
- Performs projects within established project budgets and schedules.
- Manages work plans and deliverables on multiple projects within budgeted hours.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
- LEED Certification is a plus
- CEA or CEPE is a plus
EXPERIENCE:

5 years of experience minimum, individuals should have recent experience working for a consulting engineering or engineering/architectural firm completing Title-24 Energy Models
- Experience in the following preferred:
- Residential
- Commercial
- Multi-Family
- Restaurants
